Refund policy

A 14-day return policy is valid on our website.

This means that if our customer changes his mind within two weeks after purchase, i.e. decides that he does not need the product, he can withdraw from the contract.

Please note that the cancellation is only valid in the case of unopened packaging. Due to the risk of infection, we are unable to take back products with opened packaging.

Always enclose the return form with the returned goods! The order number is required to give. If you don't fill them in, we won't be able to find the order and we won't know the amount to refund. Please enter the bank account number or Company name and bank account number. Otherwise, we cannot return the money!

We can only change or return the sum of those flawless products that have been delivered by the post within 14 calendar days.
